Recovery, healing, and resilience grow through healthy and informed relationships. CTIPP believes that transformation is needed at every level of society to build a trauma-informed society that supports individuals, families, organizations, communities, and systems to adapt to adversity and stress in healthy and productive ways...
Pathways to Resilience raises awareness of the impact of adversity and trauma on individuals, families, and communities and advances cross-sector strategies for promoting equity, lifelong health, and well-being. We convene state and community leaders to break down silos, build connections, and identify and implement practical solutions.
PACEs Connection supports hundreds of local ACEs initiatives in neighborhoods, cities, counties, states and nations. We provide initiatives with a free community site on PACEs Connection, guidelines on how to launch and grow local PACEs initiatives, and tools to automatically track their growth. For established initiatives, we offer access to more powerful and advanced tools, guidelines and services in the PACEs Connection Cooperative of Communities to help initiatives easily measure their progress and track outcomes.
Compassion Prison Project creates trauma-informed prisons and communities. We do this through trauma-awareness education and programming. It is our belief that when each of us heals our own trauma, we’re doing our part to heal the world. So let the healing begin, for everyone, everywhere, especially for the most traumatized people in our society, those living in prison.
HEAL PA mission is to lead and support Pennsylvania in becoming trauma-informed and healing-centered by providing resources, advocacy, and education via a multidisciplinary and multisectoral approach. The vision of HEAL PA is for Pennsylvania to be a place where trauma prevention is the norm, and individuals who experience trauma feel safe, respected, and supported in their healing process.
Visible Hands Collaborative’s goal is to introduce Integrative Community Therapy (ICT) to Pennsylvania and beyond. This much-needed service utilizes community members and their lived experiences in conversation guided by skilled, trauma-informed moderators to help individuals combat feelings of isolation, anxiety and difficulties navigating life. This much-needed service will create a new and sustainable stream of mental health services provided with, by and for the community that increases access to mental health services while minimizing stress to existing systems.
